Our Packages

Plans Only:

This is our basic package where you deal with your local Planning Authority. We will supply you with 6 copies of the Planning drawing to submit to your Local Authority. These drawings typically at a scale of 1:50 and/or 1:100 comprise of the following:

- All Elevations
- All Floor Plans
- Dimensions of the building including height

What you will need to provide:

- Copies of a location plan to an approved scale
- Site plan indicating size of plot, and position of building in relation to your boundaries, access to the site etc.
- Design & Access Statement if required
- Completed application form(s)
- The correct Planning Application fee

Full Planning and Building Regulations:

This is our full package for clients who would like us to deal with the whole process. We will initially submit to your local Planning Authority the following:

- All drawings illustrating proposed elevations and floor Plans with dimensions of the building including height
- Design & Access Statement if required
- Copies of a location plan to an approved scale
- Site plan indicating size of plot, and position of building in relation to your boundaries, access to the site etc.
- Completed application form(s)

What you will need to provide:

- The correct Planning Application fee

When Planning Permission has been obtained, Building Regulations approval will be required. We will deal with your local Building Control Department as your Agent and submit to your Local Authority:

- All Elevations
- All Floor Plans
- Sections
- Foundation Plan
- Joist Layout
- Roof Layout
- Construction Details
- Construction Specification Manual
- SAP Calculation
- Water Usage Calculation
- Copies of a location plan to an approved scale
- Site plan indicating position of building in relation to your boundaries.
- Completed application form(s)

What you will need to provide:

- The correct Building Regulations Application fee
Any amendments required by Building Control will be sent directly to us and carried out at no cost to you.

Please Note:

Our fees do not include for providing structural calculations required by the Local Authority due to site conditions.
